The company provides a comprehensive suite of document processing and business process services that support the digital transformation of business operations.
The company has a large footprint in mailroom operations in major enterprises around the world, but with ambitious plans to grow and fast they recognised the need to find support in opening up both new and existing markets. Incognate was initially engaged to run two pilots, one in the Higher Education sector to establish the market opportunity, and a second in Financial Services.
Solution
As education was a relatively new sector for the company Incognate helped to establish multiple propositions and build out a target data set. Over the course of several weeks we targeted multiple personas in a select number of higher education accounts to further test, refine and a proposition that would gain traction. This resulted in a number of sales qualified leads and several million pounds of opportunities in the pipeline.
Incognate also helped SPS to establish propositions and messaging that would resonate with senior digital leaders in the financial services sector and set about targeting key accounts. Several campaigns have also been run into NHS Trusts. Following successful pilots, we continue to generate a steady flow of qualified opportunities, with difficult to reach decision-makers, across multiple sectors, while also delivering powerful feedback and valuable market intelligence.
